Rolling Surf precinct lodges plans with Sunshine Coast Council

Helliwell Hospitality has lodged plans with Sunshine Coast Council for the Rolling Surf Hospitality Precinct at Caloundra. The proposal covers three levels of hospitality on the beachfront, with a public terrace at ground level.

The group develops as well as operates. In 2018 it built the Sports Hub at Bokarina from the ground up, a high performance sport and events precinct with accommodation attached, and still runs it today.
